He had experience with various positions and levels at Jhonlin Group since 2008 before he began working as President Director at PT Borneo Marine Service in 2019. His years of experience working in a coal mining company makes him competent in carrying out his duties in leading the company toward becoming one of the best shipping companies.
Bayu Huda Wicaksono Hendarso
Director
With over ten years of experience in coal logistics, Bayu has invested his time as a director in more than seven companies. Bayu’s talent and passion have made him a great leader, especially in operating and delegating various departments and advising current affairs within the company. Bayu enjoys golfing and traveling in his free time.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of International Golden, Bayu has invested his time as a director in more than seven companies. Bayu’s talent and passion has madehim a great leader, especially on operating and delegating variousdepartments, as well as advising current affairs within the company.Bayu enjoys golfing and traveling on his free time.
Mohammad Rafil Perdana
Director
Rafil has spent some time abroad, obtaining his degree at the University of Queensland and experienced leading a coal mining company. He is enthusiastic about applying effective international methods within the company’s system. Although he is the youngest PT Borneo Marine Service director, his diverse background and exceptional innovations help the company progress.
Our Staff
PT Borneo Marine Services has two floating crane that function to unload the bulk materials from barges to anchored mother vessels in transshipment operation. With the services that we offer, we give efficiency of coal procurements to the customers.
